skimpy clothing replacers without BBP

If you install a replacer set with BBP and you don't use a BBP skeleton does it crash your game or you just don't get breast movement? If it is the 2nd you can just get the BBP ones with a normal body.

 

BTW, can you direct me to those replacers with BBP that you found? i'm looking for a good one. Thanks
