Few questions on Sexlab tools?

Is there any way to set your own custom tags/or remove existing ones ( when you press by default shift+H)?

 

Also is it possible to make creature animations work on Male/Female, like with Bakafactory's SLAL animation, so instead of falmer/giant/etc, it plays with player/male and female character?

 

I've checked in option in Sexlab/MCM, and registered them, but they don't appear in the menus.
