How to convert/port Fallout 4 Armor mods into Skyrim

It's the same process you'd take to port anything to Skyrim, unless there's some BS/OS trick I haven't seen.

Import the meshes with their skins into blender or 3DS and position to match the Skyrim skeleton, export, setup file paths, import into blender/3DS/OS for weight painting and partitioning, export again, make the esp, and load the game ? 

There's a lot of tutorials out there for it, just not for FO4 specifically but the workflow is mostly the same.
