Malentis Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Right now my internet is acting weird so I am unsure if this is posted in the right area, if not please let me know and I will repost in the correct area. Something happened and vampire eyes will no longer show on my own character. Everyone else in game has them but my character cant get them any more. The controlled character's face will no longer turn pale, I still get the fangs and everything else related to vampirism but I don't get the eyes. I tried installing various vampire eye mods and nothing changes. Not sure what happened and am not sure if it is a mod clash of some kind. Any ideas on a course of action to take?

Okay, first thing I would try is to go into Skyrim\Data\textures\actors\character\eyes and see if you're missing eyevampire_01.dds, eyevampire01.dds, eyevampire01_.dds or eyevampire_02.dds. If you are missing any, you could try verifying the game's cache with steam, or just putting new eye textures in there. I know you said you downloaded various vampire eye mods, but try Dynamic Vampire Appearance and see if that changes anything. Of course, there's always the very tedious option of going through and disabling every mod from the bottom up to see if anything happens.

Still didn't resolve it. That way I'll have to see which mod is causing the problem.
