Wicked Whims not working (mac)

I have extracted my files down to one folder, removed every piece of cc from my game, and even tried to put the loose scripts into my mod folder, and I cannot get this mod to run. I have toggled script mods on and followed everything on the common mistakes tab of the wicked whims website.send help please
