Are you playing Special Edition? Well now there are a Special edition native version of what Tropical Skyrim tried to be, a place where you need not freeze your butt of just because you felt like streaking in Winterhold. (The guards may still disapprove thou unless you bribed them not to (no nude comments mod). https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20636?tab=posts I want to draw attention to this mod because, well there are so much that can be done to flesh it out with other support mods like alternate npc clothing, fauna and so on. Especially the Skaal are going to need an overhaul or they will look really silly living in a tropical paradise wearing those outfits.
