[Request] [Question] Add ears/horns/tail/bodyslide to custom race

I have two questions I was hoping to get some help with.

First how would I go about adding ears/horns/tails as armor pieces to a custom race so it won't be unequipped from mods that unequip items from the player (Cough Devious Surrender). Specifically from these mods.

Second how would I go about adding a bodyslide for a race much like the Nymph race has. CBBE is what I would be looking for. This one might be trivial but I'm a noob as far as manipulating bodyslide is concerned.
