Want to start making skyrim armors and clothes. Where do I start? (100% newbie)

Inspired by Nisetanaka, I have a project in mind for necromancer bikini robes. Anyone know of a good place to start? Like tutorial wise? I know I'm probably way in over my head right now, but I'm sure with enough time I can do this.

First install a good version of bodyslide with the studio option.

When you have all that working we can talk......

or you can go to the tutorials section and read step by step instructions from people who actually know what they are talking about.??

Well I guess I'm not 100% newbie after all! I have done my own personal bodyslide conversions, but I know that's 100% different from actually making things.

I guess I didn't look hard enough for a tutorial on it here.. I'll keep looking I guess, thank you. :P

Isn't it great to find out you are actually more intelligent than you thought?

If you cannot find the tutorials, I'll help you find them.

Well I figured out how to get nif scripts to work with Blender 2.49b and managed to import my femalebody_0.nif  into it, so I guess now all there is left is learning how to use blender 2.49b, OR learning how to get this into Blender 2.79b, and learning how to use that, haha. Truth be told, I've yet to find a tutorial on here for it that was usable for me I feel, and the Nexus guide actually caused a few problems (e.g telling me to use the latest version of nifskope when I wasn't supposed to.), so, if you know of any good guides, I'm all ears.

Have you been to the blender homepage?

https://www.blender.org/download/releases/2-79/

sometimes they have a question and answer segment to help with little problems.

I have not used blender since high school, and even then it was only a semester.

Have you tried this one?

One bit of advice, once you have finally built an armor in Blender and ported it successfully into Skyrim....

Don't stop making stuff, cause its real easy to forget what you learned in Blender.

Also.....

Its likely a heck of a lot easier to start with making undies, Im talking a sports bra and shorts skin tight....

A lot of the early stuff that was made was just that simple....

Don't start on difficult stuff like shoes and every bit and bob, nothing to be ashamed of making undies you will learn faster if you just start with something simple.

Well I did say I was inspired by Nisetanaka... :P But I get what you're saying, haha. Yeah, Learning the basics of blender has been a struggle. I actually did have a plan to make like.. one bra and thong a day just to see if I could keep it up. But I'm still having issues actually, you know. getting an understanding for it.

And @dharvinia I actually did. Maybe I'm just being choosy, but it felt really.. Weird? I'll give it another look see, not like I can be nitpicky in these times after all.
