I need help with this FNIS message

I can see the warnings and all but don't know how to fix this, does anyone know how to? It's the "T-pose" from start sorta thing and when I got the mod configuration screen and select "sexlab" and then select "install/update", it does its thing and I go back to it and its the same thing, wanting me to update it and such.

 

If you need more info, just let me know what you need to know, I managed to get it to work with the old skyrim, so I must be doing something wrong.

Looks like you are using Special Edition.

Probably you installed SexLab for Oldrim.

Uninstall it and grab SexLab 1.63 beta 5, this will work with SSE.
