2.0 doesnt give me anti virus flags straight out of the 7zip folder.

this mod doesn't do anything i've tried replacing the files in the base game with the files in this mod after your instructions were wrong i've tried practically everything i could think except modding the game because i don't know please tell me how to get this to work

What you're missing is the actual tool to start the game with the mod, to be extracted into the game main folder, mods still need to be in the neptool folder though since that's where the tool look for them. Use the launcher.exe to launch the game instead of the game's own exe.

That or actually unpacking the game files and replacing the extracted files directly by the modded files while backing up and renaming the .pac files so that they don't overwrite the extracted files.

 

Just know that the mod is outdated, and was abandonned in favor of Neptunia VIIR the VR version of the game, which i unfortunately don't own. But if you really want you should be able to use mods from Neptunia Re;Birth 1-3 for those costumes that are shared, it's just a matter of finding the appropriate folders and ids.

Anyone have a link to Neptools that doesn't have the Occamy Trojain virus connected to it?  The one on Github has been infected.

I think it's a false positive.

Neptools adds another process to the functionality of the dll, which is a common behavior of viruses.

So most security software reports that Neptools is infected with a Trojan horse variant.

 

If you can't dispel your doubts, repack the modified files into a pac file.

However, as far as I know, the game doesn't recognize the repacked DLC files,

so you have to give up modifying them.

(lucky for you there was a big Neptunia game sale so I just bought it and look into getting mods for it)Took me just a little while but I fix the issue! All I did is just download Patch 2020-05-27 https://www.mediafire.com/file/efo1eq2vu8qjs0j/NepVII_patch_v0007.2020-05-27.rar/file and is overwrite at for me my file was at Steam/Steamapps/common/Megadimension Neptunia Vll/Neptool and just drag the CONTENT to the Neptool folder and overwrite everything

what should i do ? Nothing changed at all, and in top of that, the Neptool doesn't even open up. (and got many false positive of a virus as well.)

Was i supposed to rename files, and overwrite the original files or something ?
