Issue with Cheat

I used the bucks cheat to remove the weakness perks of vampirism but my character still shows the effects of having them. Mainly the hissing bit. Is there a fix for this? And is there a way to get more the 48 vampire points? Because I tried using the 1593 cheat but that doesn't do anything.
