Can some one convert Crawl on fours animation from Skyrim to Fallout 4? :)

Hello guys! I wanna ask you to help (sure, if that possible to do ) with one of my favorite mod for Skyrim which called Crawl on fours animation by DarkAngel1265

So, the question is it possible to find some one who can convert it for Fallaout 4 game? Thanks
