1-3fps after looting enemies HELP.

[Why do I have to make an a]

When ever i remove the iron armor of someone I killed (or any armor my game instantly goes to 1fps.

 

I don't know why and it seems to be only females.

 

Things I've tried

-Restarting game-

-Restarting computer

-Updating drivers

-creating new save game

-Reloaing the save game

-Fast Traveeling to different location

-Using ENBoost

-Configuring ENB boost properly with guides

-Cleaning with TESV edit

-using loot to sort load order

-running FNIS

-Deleting skyrim.ini and skyrim.prefs to let the game remake them

-Disabling autosaving

-Putting resolution to 800x600 and every single graphic setting to the lowest possible.

-Using Beth.ini to configure the game

-Testing on extremely low video memory of 800mb (VRAM can't be the problem)

-Reinstalling XPMSE

-Banging my head on the wall

 

None of these worked. It seems whenever I take armor from females the game goes from 60 to 1fps in one frame.

 

If I travel really really far away from the person (Like 2km) my framerate goes back. But odly enough fast travelling doesn't work.
