Help with animation

Hi everybody

 

first sorry for my bad english it isn't my mothertongue.

 

I'd like to ask if anyone may can explain to me how to add animations and if there is a guide somewere. (i didn't found something that fits till now)

 

I want to add the creampie animation from motion 124 of xlovers to the other animations if that is even possible.

 

I know here are some pro's that's why i'm asking.
