Invisible ingredients and potions in inventory

I get many strange duplicated ingredients and custom potions. I used formid finder mod to see the esm/esp responsible for this but they come from the same esm/esp. For example I have 5 legal tomatoes in my inventory and 5 stolen on the ground, the 5 legal tomatoes use 5 different inventory slot like they are different ingredient. Then when i picked up all the stolen from the ground, the stolen tomatoes are not visible in inventory but still there, I see how much weight my character carry. They are only visible when I drop all 5 legal tomatoes.

 

And for the custom potions, The potions and poisons from different strength some of them are visible the others not.

Is it item intercharge installation problem?
