Lemme go straight to the point: I don't know if it's a mod on itself or some kind of post-processing shenanigan, but can someone tell me how to achieve this effect? The "washed up, outlined character" thingie, I mean. Thanks in advance!
Guest Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 It's an ENB prepass effect that's in a few ENB presets like Snapdragon and Kwanon. I think the picture you have is from Kwanon so copy the enbeffectprepass.fx over to your ENB to get it.
