I'm back, with some new old stuff.

Here you can download a villa, she is 40x30 and not expancive, I guess, lol.

Designed by bethowen 111, reconstucted by myself.
She has 3 bedrooms, being more like 2 bedrooms and a bed in the study and 1 bathroom.

 

But see for yourself, I have created a kind of house guidance.
