When I make a female character with a penis, the female bits do not show up. I have tried various different mods and tattoos etc, and no dice. Turn the penis off and there it is. Am I missing something?

If you're talking about the default WickedWhims penis, it isn't futa. It's more akin to shemale than futa. Meaning, penis and balls with no vagina.

 

If you want the vagina included, you need to download a separate mod for that. Noir has a Futanari Penis made specifically that includes both male and female genitals together. It works with the WickedWhim's body selector, you'll just need to apply a tattoo to your skin to make it match your skintone.
