Crazy Slowdown upon entering new Interior

[Xleymn]

Hey guys. Im having some insane FPS drop after a few minutes of playing when i enter a new place. It seems to only be interior locations. I can fix it by just quicksaving and then reloading, but its very annoying. Not quite sure what the issue is. I tried uninstalling some of the new things I installed, but it didnt help. I'll attach the papyrus log if it helps. Thanks
