about mesh head .

i saw a lot of 1000-formsofear mesh head that he has made , and i have question , does mesh head include eyes ? because i dont see he write about the sims , i mean the mesh head eyes or something . I dont know if tray file does include eyes inside or? Pls help , thank you so much.
