Just keep in mind that it does not fix CTD's during gameplay, only main menu CTD..

This is my screen from the settings you should modify to fully block it from both outgoing and incoming rules. It's in Polish but you should recognise it.

Yep, that's the one......

This is my startup log, but at least I don't get CTD's due to it. I have my net 24/7 on through WiFi. But some people ain't that lucky enough. By the way I have Avast as AV, if it gives any pointers.

Yeah, lot of cc deadweight being called up by the game. Since I tend to delete cc files with every update, maybe that's adding to the problem. But I don't see why I should bloat my system by adding nearly another gig of stuff I won't use anyway.

after doing reading for a bit i found out that those don't cause issues for the game. It's literally the game saying "Oh nothings here, skip it."

In my case - yes I'm sure. but I don'know what's going on in everyone else's game ;)

I always had crash in main menu when pressing any button, after disabling internet for Fallout4.exe it does not crash, still sometimes random rare crash during gameplay, but once every 3-4 hours is not that bad..
