Custom Creatures

Greetings Forum!

 

Recently I ran into a wall regarding creatures (horses) for the most part. Now I've noticed that there aren't a lot of mount mods out there, (at least what I could find) and I've been wondering.

 

Does anyone have an idea of how to create a custom mount for oblivion? Reason I'm asking this is because for my Darksiders mod, I'd like to add "Ruin" the flaming horse to the game, but I can't import any of the standard oblivion horses' heads, or anything related to them.

 

Here is a pic of the horse, apart from the fact that I don't really know how to add particles to objects Using, nifskope or CS, this is how the horse looks like without all his effects.
