Wickedwhims december 19th 2018 problem

Okay so basically I downloaded the latest version of the sims 4 (version 1.48.94) along with the wicked whims mod for it which is up to date. I also made sure that I put the wickedwhims folder in the same place (The mod folder for the sims) but no matter what I try even from the common mistakes it just doesn't show anything at all, like not even an error as if I didn't downloaded the file. Are like the two wicked whims files supposed to be outside the wicked whims folder or no? I'll show you how it looks like right now. if I could get more info about what to do I would really appreciate it. Okay so bit of an update, so some mods work it's just that it isn't allowing me to do any animations or just do any wickedwhims options at all since well they aren't there just allows me to use the body modifying ones (Like the clothing penises and dildos not like the CAS penis)
