CTD Near Dawnstar

[Vortiporius]

Hello every body. on my previous save I had a CTD entering The Bannered Mare in Whiterun. So I created a new save to see if I my save was the issue. I managed to get in there and it did allow me in. However, on the same quest as that save. (Helgen Reborn) I am now getting CTD being near Dawnstar. Every time my papyrus log looks similar. I have attached my papyrus log to this post. I have also put my load order in spoiler tags. If anyone could help would be great. I have been hitting my head against the desk for hours disabling mods etc. I tried creating a merged patch to fix it, and the bashed patch. None worked. I have used Vortex to install and manage the mods. Also LOOT for load order. Thanks in advance.
