Issue where the body meshes for mails do not load

and neither do animations, the two chars tend to stand against eachother, I am sure I have everything downloaded

I had the same problem. I downloaded only the Sexout core file, you also have to download the Sexout Data file with it, and load both through the fallout Mod Manager. The sex animations are contained within the Data file, so only having the core file loaded through the manager will cause the two people having sex to sort of stand inside each other... Hope this helps.
