Schlongs or Underwear (Help)

[Caspicious]

It's either I activate Schlongs of Skyrim and everyone is a commando and does not wear any undies, or I activate Underwear for all and let everyone be poor and be on their undies all the time. I have been having this problem to be able to have schlongs while letting everyone have underwear so that they wont be nude when I loot their corpses. I tried undies underneath but it does not seem to work or do anything even if I deactivate it or live it active.
