What armor is the character in white wearing?

Looks like the author of the screenshot is tetrodoxin author of snapdragon prime ENB so you might be able to ask them what the outfit is. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70451/?tab=posts

 

My bet is that they are all DAZ studios outfits and are found on some overseas site.

The original is not the vamp dress they are not even close to being the same the only things they have in common are the sleeves and the and the finger nails and that's it.

 

The armors name is df_t21.

I know, as you already said uses df_t21 assets from VampDress, by the way also parts of the boots.
VampDress was originally developed by Krista and you certainly know why Krista left.
I will not say more about that, otherwise I awaken the wrath of the gods.

The DF_T21 was made by romantic poppy. The models they used were not Krista's as they would search for the DAZ files to make their own versions. They were doing it because they got tired of seeing Elwin posting DAZ stuff that they were not going to upload. So every time Elwin posted something they would go get the DAZ files and make their own version and then upload it.

 

The vamp dress was made by Krista for the oblivion game and was ported to their skyrim lady body mod later.

Yes, and that proves it's Krista's work, in Oblivion this armor was called *Lady Sexy*.
in Skyrim has someone this armor (VampDress) ported for CBBE (stolen), Krista complained to Nexus and the porting was removed.

Соответственно - разрешения на переделку и адаптацию под Скайрим у меня никто не спрашивал и я некому не разрешала. Единственное, что сделал ворюга - это перекрасил комплект в черное (и даж адаптировать по человечески не смог ... зря только комплект испортил).
P.S.
Если кого не затруднит - пожалуйста сообщите об этом администрации нексуса (допуска, что они попросту об этом не знают) . Буду очень признательна.
