WW not showing up, but in game per Startup

[Winter Savior]

The Wicked Whims mod is not showing up in the game but when I go to change look, I have the Pornstar Cock and Better Body mods. Scripts is checked in the game and I've taken the mod files out and put them in the main Mod section. I've tried every which thing all morning to no avail. 

 

I also have Enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed checked and The Script and Package file show up upon game start.
