How to download additional mod??

U see, the turbo driver mod is usable for me. But when I downloaded additional mod which was Bondage by AZMODAN 22, I can't use it. The mod gives tools and animation for the tools. I know I can't use it becuz 1). it doesn't appear at the ''script mod'' and 2). I can't find the tools. Is it becuz I set it incorrectly, or it is already correct as it's just that I haven't find them yet? Or can anyone just tell me how do I set them correctly?

Here is how I have my game modded:

 

Make a folder inside your Sims 4/Mods folder named "Wicked Whims".  Unpack the Wicked Whims mod files into this folder, loose.  Do the same for all animation mods, do not leave them inside their .zips.  Now all of your mods relating to Wicked Whims are in the same place and should work without problems.
