Is it possible to properly increase breast size with Nifskope alone?

I was wondering if it was possible to use tinker around with skeletons in Nifskope to create larger, smooth breasts? I know increasing scale makes 'em bigger in a sense, but that alone just makes them shoot forward like a couple of chest torpedoes. Is it possible to smooth them out so they're nice and round, with similar shape to what they started out with?
