How can it change this BSD file to works SE?

hi guys. its a first time to use a forum. I am a Korean and do not speak English well.

i had played a skyrim LE some time ago, now i changed SE verson.

It is the muscle texture file I wrote in LE. Naturally, it does not work in the SE. and broken in the outfit studio too.

so, can it convert this file to LE verson? how to?
