Something in RSE killing my game?

When Starting the game I am getting the following message at the end of my Pap log 

 

"error: Unable to bind script RSE_Reset to RSE_ResetQuest (80001EE0) because their base types do not match"
 

The game is starting  then freezes on a blank screen before crashing

 

I'm using vortex and will have to try and workout how to get a mod list for this
