Sim doesn't want (or can't?) to sleep or shower

Hello everybody, 

I have a big problem with my family (yes it only concerns one fam). In my main family, my sims can not go to sleep or shower. Because of that, they're always tired and their needs needs are always in red. When I click on bed or toilet, there is a bullet with 2 steps and a cross. I've moved them and reinstall them in the house but the problem still persists. Anyone has a solution ?
