My sims won't get pregnant ??

i don't get any pregnancy notifications during WW sex even though i already enable it in the setting.I also can't take pregnancy test after having sex.I didn't use any condoms or birth control pills either.I tried shallow cleaning and deep cleaning already but nothing was working.I even do the fertility treatment and make sure that CAS gender is correct.Anyone has the same problem ??? and how to fix it ???
