Game Not Launching (but its open?)

after launching the game it doesn't actually open, for example

steam displays it as the game im playing (so does discord)

its open in the task bar

its open in the task manager

i can click on it (causing my mouse to disappear) 

and its still using memory on my pc. even when i first launch it the skse box shows up

 

what do i do?

edit: immediately after posting this i found that my ISize H and iSize W were both empty for some reason

i have no clue what happened, but i assume thats how i fixed it
