AAF Sex Em' Up Help

So I'm new to modding and on top of that not very tech savvy but was curious to try this out. I've downloaded Vortex, f4se, etc... with the help of youtube videos. I, however, can't get it to work in any way. I used the list and download order given on the page but still wont work. Even CBBE comes out spotty. Anyway, any help would be appreciated, a thorough explanation as if I was a 5 year old would be even more appreciated.

What exactly is the issue you're having?    Are you getting an error?   What all do you have installed for FO4?
