i solved the subset problem by using blender 2.79 instead of 2.8, however i ran into a runtime error when using this tool.

can anyone fix this?

 

 

edit: i managed to successfully import the model back to .g1m, however this can only be done when i haven't done any edits onto the model. this error only comes out after editing it. Specifically, we can't change the number of vertices, faces or edges. I think.

When entering the command import, you have to input a subset number after -i. The problem should be fixed. And yes, you have to use blender 2.79. 

 

Here's an updated readme file, hopefully it's clearer now.
 

1. drag .bin to Extract.cmd
2. obtain file, rename 00000.data to XXXXX.g1m, place it in "data" folder #e.g D00439.g1m
3. open MusouTool_release.exe, type export -g -r -b <location of file> e.g , files will be exported into the folder "out"
4. after editing, save file to \data, open MusouTool_release again, type import -g data\XXXXX.g1m -d data\new.dae -d -i <subset #> -r
5. replace old 00000.data with new .g1m(rename to 00000.data)
6. Drag folder to Compile.cmd
7. .mdata will be created; rename to .bin

This shld be what you'll get when you open extract.cmd. Just drag the d00xxx.bin into this .cmd and press enter twice.

Can someone re-upload mods to another file sharing site? I installed a mod for Athena, the bugs are not critical. I am glad that the port of 3D models is possible.

Recently, there is another Athena nude mod with slightly mature or short hair style.

 

By the way, the Athena nude mod originally is from Tianmuxia, not from one of the Korean website. The proof is I downloaded the full nude mod from https://azz.net/tianmuxia and then compared with the one that I downloaded from here. Guess what, the png with different layers inside both bin files are the EXACT SAME THING. (I believe that there is a guy just renamed the file and reuploaded it to one of the Korean website.)

 

Also, Tianmuxia manage to fix some issues like the weird glitch when doing the unity magic and slightly improving the overall skin color itself :3

In conclusion, there are so far only two full nude character mods. One is Athena with two hair styles and the another one is Gaia :3
