Need help making HDT hairs work properly

I'm trying to get Yundao HDT hairs and HDT KS Hairdos to run properly. I've tried installing it normally through mod organizer and only about 1/3rd of the Yundao ones work and none of the KS Hairdos don't work (instead it just floats and stretches to where im running to unless i open menus again

I have UN7B disabled because I replaced Ninirim COS body meshes with that of UN7B so I have a body ready available for physics. The Yundao mod has a "SMP-PE Path" mod that it says to install but I have no idea how to install or where to place it as normal installing it has done nothing for me. Would like assistance, thanks.

 

Also read that it's possible to have HDT SMP and HDT PE to coexist together. Anyone have idea on how to do that?

Did you try the patch for yundao?

 

Did you set your FPS to 60 FPS or lower?

 

Did you set hair XML files and hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml to:
<hkparam name="maxLinearVelocity">255</hkparam>
<hkparam name="maxAngularVelocity">255</hkparam>

 

If didn't work, I don't use SMP, but you can try HDT Invisibility Fix:

If didn't work, close skyrim and disable mods and load a savegame without mods saved in it.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I'll give this a go in a bit and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the tip though and yes I did try the patch (I think I did it right anyways as I just replaced the files in the default yundao mod with the patch files to fix it) 

 

Edit* Question: Do I set each hair xml  and hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml line to those two parameters like you said? Unsure if its all of them or specific ones, also what do you mean set my fps to 60 or lower? As far as I know my fps has never gone above 60 but has definitely dipped under depending on where I was

Try the specific ones and hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml. If that didn't work, try the other suggestions.

And do you use HDT earrings or wigs on your followers?
