WW Vampire Dark Form Glitch

Hello everyone.

I have this problem with the latest patch of the game where in Dark Form of a male vampire sim, the penis comes out of the clothes. Its really funny to be honest. However, I wish to fix it if possible. The game was quite buggy and glitchy for me after get famous pack so I did a clean WW re-installation with all animations and/or items.

My game version is 1.47.49.1020 and my WW is 4.3.5.137e.
I use custom content and tested with-w/o custom skin tones and no difference.

I'm having the same issue; did a deep clean with no change. Do you have any other suggestions? Normally, I wouldn't mind my Sim's dick out, but this is just silly, lol.
