Looking for Newsea YU169 Lucia Hair

I want the Lucia hair by Newsea which unfortunately you have to donate on Newsea's site to get. I have found several links of the Donation hairs packs online but none of them contain the Lucia hair and the one free link I did find turned out to be the Sims 3 version.
