What mods do I need to be able to make NPCs naked on demand?

I remember I used to be able to do it with MCCC - you could use the Dresser module and every Sim had a nude outfit you could change them into.

I recently did a cleanup and reinstalled all my mods and I can't do that anymore though, the nude outfit doesn't show up on their outfit list. Does anyone know what combinations of mods or settings would allow that again?

I don't know about a nude outfit, but if you get the Bathing Beauties or Beefcakes Luxury Suite from the Nexus, it includes an outfit dialogue option that lets you dress NPC's in cloth, light or heavy armor, or simply have them take everything off.
