Spintriae-Adult Coin Replacement--How To upload?

I have the attached Adult Skyrim Coin Replacement...a reproduction of an Old Roman coin.

 

How can I make it available here?

Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button on the top-right.

On the page there is a green button called "Submit a file".

Give it a description, upload your file, set the category as Skyrim>Adult Files.

You can also add an image for the mod.

 

You can also set it as "SSE compatible", it is just a texture replacement so it should work fine.
