No-skip animation while moving

I`m using some mods which add animation for my actions. If i stoped before do something(for example open chest) animation playing correctly. But if i was in mooving, or didn't wait for the end of moving animation, my animation of opening the chest going to be skipped.

Are there any mods to block actions while moving, or somethig to fix my problem?
