Body mod not working

Just started with sims 4 and most mods are working fine except anything regarding breast size.

 

I tried several sims from the site which had required mods included and i always get the same result.

It's no mod conflict since i started the game with nothing but a single sim's mods.

 

This was the latest mod i tried

I tried to find something about the problem and only thing i found was a hint about some mods requiring highest settings to show up.

Also didn't work. At the moment i think it's some part of the configuration i have wrong, but no idea what part. It's still the vanilla game and

i didn't change anything except to allow custom content and scripts.

It also no cas problem and look is the same in game.

 

update

tried to delete the cache files.

thought maybe something left from the first mod pack i tried to use.
