Animation with Player Male Sim crashing/freezing the game

Hi all! I have been experiencing this weird bug: game ran fine but suddendly when my male sims enters in ww animations the game freezes (sim disappearing and screen freezes) or lags (if I try to start animation after getting naked it starts but lags heavily). I tried to make two NPCs have sex and it works smoothly and I also tried to load a previous save with a different male sim: it works fine. I have tried the ww.fix command but the freeze still persists.

I am currently using the WW default top and Noir's penis model. Any idea how to fix this issue and protect my savegame avoiding to start another game :(? THank you in advance!
