Moved NMM's mod directory to another hard drive , now NMM doesn't detect any of the mods as "installed" ( even though they actually work ).

Hi ,
I recently had to move my mods to another hard disc cause I was running out of space on my SSD but as the title says now NMM doesn't detect them as installed anymore ( even though they all work when in game , I made sure to change the directory location to the new one ) ; now this could bring issues as I may not always remember what mods I have installed and what not in case I needed to fix some more errors with my mods ( and I obviously still have to fix some stuff ) or in case I wanted to install new stuff or merge some mods.
Could anyone help me fixing this ?

Happened to me too. Since my NMM was installed on my C drive I HAD to keep my mods there apparently. Once i moved my mods from D back to C everything was fixed. So maybe reinstall NMM under your drive where the mods were placed. Other than that I'm not sure if there's a fix.
