PLEASE, HELP ME!!!

Today I bought the new expansion package and had already download the new version (WickedWhim) of November 15th. I'm having some problems in the game as for example: the penis menu does not appear; there is no more jealousy when the sims have intercourse; and the penis is all unconfigured. Someone with the same problems?
