Hair Colors don't Show up?

I know this is not the general type of questions you get but since last update I can not use any of the different colors of hair for my sims. (Custom Content) It is my CC hair that won't work. It will only show one color. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Do I need to get all new hair? I like my female sims to look very pretty and I can't do this with bad hair. LOL Thanks ahead for any suggestions or letting me know bad news.

Here's how I fixed it:

 

1. Download Sins 4 Studio: http://sims4studio.com/

2. Open Tools > Batch Fixes > CAS > Allow CC for Random

3. It will run for a bit (time depending on how much CC you have ... I have quite a lot and it took ~3 minutes)

 

After this, you should be good to go. Personally, I don't like the townies to have CC, but it's a welcome trade off for having the hair colors back.
