last exception errors

for months I've been having a problem with Sims 4 displaying last exception error. I've run mod conflict detector to remove and broken files & duplicates, pulled all the animations out and replaced them a little at a time and then run the program but the error comes up intermittently. I've pulled all the animations dated 2016 so everything is fairly new but error message still keeps coming. There have been times when program fails to load  even when I go back to a previously saved point. (have to start a new game to get it to work) there's also a glitch when my sims are eating, they'll jump back from the table their arms go out & then back down to their sides.

Further after the error exception there's a lot of lag time between interactions. (I've installed a lag fix mod which is only partially successful) to get around this I have to reset the sim/objects. I'm also coming up with blank headings in the menus & the command to give a gift romantic or otherwise isn't working.
