Easy way to find mods used on model?

Hey,

 

I want to share a model but I need to find a easy way to find wich mods are used (hair, skin, makeup, clothes, etc...)

When I selected a mods (haircut for exemple) I don't see the name of the mod so I can't find it (cause I have lots of mods)
